Telpeak text message updates

Effective date: October 25, 2026

Telpeak Technology Advisors (Telpeak, a Premier Business, LLC company) offers optional text messages about your Telpeak request. Telpeak is vendor-neutral. We work for you, not for our suppliers. Telpeak is paid by the providers you choose, never by you.

Program

Program name: Telpeak. What it is: customer-care and account-notification texts for people who have asked Telpeak for help. We do not send texts to purchased, rented, or shared lists.

What messages you'll get

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Reminders to share documents for your free technology audit
  • Notices that your audit summary is ready
  • Replies to questions you send us

How to opt in

Texting is always optional and is never required to work with us. You can opt in by:

  • Web form: checking a separate, optional checkbox next to the phone field on a Telpeak form. The box is unchecked by default, and the form submits without it.
  • Text keyword: texting a keyword we advertise (such as START or AUDIT) to Telpeak's messaging number.
  • By phone or in person: agreeing during a call or meeting you started. We then text you to confirm, and you're subscribed only after you reply YES.

Every opt-in gets a confirmation text. The exact consent language shown next to our web form checkbox is:
